Monika returns once more with her gentle wisdom and a chance to experience the healing power of the gongs. I hope you can make it!
Join us, at the new school, St Anne’s in West Wick which has a lovely space for us to Do Yoga, with cosy underfloor heating, a large car park and a separate space for shoes, drinks and chat ..
All welcome including complete beginners
Gentle Yoga, a followed by a healing sound journey and uplifting Gong Bath from qualified sound therapist Monika Kraji.
Please bring a blanket and your yoga mat if you have one, although lots of equipment is provided.
If you've never tried a gong bath you are in for a treat. No water required (!), just relax and let the waves of sound wash over you.
Come early from about 6pm to share herb tea, raw chocolate treats and chat with everyone.
From 6.30pm we'll do some gentle, classic yoga to relax the body and mind and get in a good place to wind down.
By 7.30pm we'll be snuggled under our blankets ready to receive the healing power of the singing bowls and gongs. We'll close with blessings and divination.
Please bring comfy clothes, a blanket and your yoga mat and eye pillow if you have one.

This summer, why not try Sup Yoga?
Paddleboard Yoga on Friday nights at Cheddar reservoir 6 - 8pm
Join Emma and friends from Cheddar Sailing Club out on the water for a relaxing Friday evening of SUP Yoga.
Full instruction will be given, no experience is necessary.
All equipment is provided and the session starts with a short paddle out on the reservoir where the boards are then tethered to a buoy. We'll go through our Yoga practice and enjoy the added benefit of core control that's needed to balance on the paddle boards.
With the sounds of nature all around and the possibility of a colourful sunset we hope you'll feel refreshed and restored when we lie down on the boards to relax at the end of your Yoga.
An outdoor practice in the fresh air can be a wonderful way to experience the benefits of Yoga.
Older kids are welcome if accompanied by an adult, but they must be able to swim.
Buoyancy aids are provided for your safety.
Please aim to arrive soon after 6pm ready to get changed and out on the water for 630pm.
How Much Does It Cost?
Tickets for the SUP Yoga are £25 or £40 for two people paddling together.
Sailing Club members, it's just £15 per person

What Do I Need To Bring?
A towel and a pair of trainers, beach shoes or pumps that can get wet. There are wetsuits for you to borrow if you would like one. Falling in is optional, but maybe bring a change of clothes just in case!
We have hot showers and changing rooms in our comfortable clubhouse and hot drinks are available
