Why not join Emma and friends from Bristol Corinthian Yacht Club at Cheddar Reservoir this summer for a unique experience on the water?
All welcome to try Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) including complete beginners. You can join us for SUP Yoga, it's £30. You need to be able to swim, but falling in is optional!
Why not try this fast growing sport for core strength, fresh air and fun!
All equipment is provided including wetsuits and buoyancy aids and hot showers and hot drinks are available at the clubhouse.
This can be great fun and very relaxing and is suitable for most people who can swim, even complete beginners with a reasonable standard of fitness.

Join Emma and friends from Do Yoga for a deeply relaxing evening, after hours at Weston Museum.
Monika returns with her gentle wisdom and a chance to experience the healing power of the gongs. Join us, after hours at the recently refurbished Weston museum which has a lovely space for us to Do Yoga
All welcome including complete beginners
Gentle Yoga, a followed by a healing sound journey and uplifting Gong Bath from qualified sound therapist Monika Kraji.
Come around 6pm for herb tea and chat, please bring a blanket and your yoga mat if you have one.
If you've never tried a gong bath you are in for a treat. No water required (!), just relax and let the waves of sound wash over you.
Come early from about 6pm to share herb tea, raw chocolate treats and chat with everyone.
From 6.30pm we'll do some gentle, classic yoga to relax the body and mind and get in a good place to wind down.
By 7.30pm we'll be snuggled under our blankets ready to receive the healing power of the singing bowls and gongs. We'll close with blessings and divination.
Please bring comfy clothes, a blanket and your yoga mat and eye pillow if you have one.
