Energising Spring Yoga Workshop

Enter the new season with clarity and focus.
Join Emma and friends from Do Yoga for an energising 3 hour Yoga workshop on a Sunday afternoon in the relaxing environment of St Anne's, West Wick.
Arrive any time after 1pm for a 1.30pm start, we will begin with a dynamic practice and move through a sequence designed to stimulate your energy body and set your chakras spinning!
Try handstands, breathwork and experiment with deeply releasing stretches that are only possible in a longer session.
The afternoon will conclude with restorative poses on the bolsters and use blankets and eye pillows to enter a state of deep relaxation with a restful Yoga Nidra. I hope you can join us for this special Spring event. Please book early to secure your place.
Gentle Yoga and Gong Bath
Here's another really relaxing and clearing experience. This one is suitable for everyone including beginners and those with health issues
if you've never tried a gong bath you are in for a treat. No water required (!), just relax and let the waves of sound wash over you. Monika is a wise and experienced facilitator who will help you on your sound journey with compassion and love.
Our lovely warm venue at West Wick has plenty of parking and underfloor heating.
Come early from about 2pm to share herb tea, raw chocolate treats and chat with everyone.
From 2.30pm we'll do some gentle, classic yoga to relax the body and mind and get in a good place to relax.
By 3.30pm we'll be snuggled under our blankets ready to receive the healing power of the singing bowls and gongs. We'll close with blessings and divination.
Please bring comfy clothes, a blanket and your yoga mat and eye pillow if you have one.

A weekend away in good company with Yoga, mindfulness, healthy food and deep relaxation.
Lots of yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, a gong bath and mindful art sessions in a wonderful rural setting. There's a fire pit outside, and many wonderful walks straight from the centre. At night we can take a look at the dark starry skies and listen for owls. Explore the grounds, take gentle loops of the wooded valley or you can climb straight up to the moor for a proper hike if you have the right gear.
Bala Brook is a special place set in several acres of land, near South Brent in Devon. It's more like a quirky B&B than a hotel and it's only ever used for yoga and meditation retreats, no-one actually lives there, it's run by a charitable trust. The art studio is a separate building with glass on three sides!
Most rooms are singles, and there's only one double and one twin that is ensuite. (there are also doubles and twins that share bathrooms). There are plenty of bathrooms.
You can come for 2 or 3 nights, arriving Thursday or Friday. It's full board and all activities are included. There will be delicious vegetarian meals and cakes from our chef Polly.
The price varies between £220 - £390 per person according to your accommodation. £100 deposit will secure your place. Please get in touch early to choose your room
