Restorative Yoga in Somerset
Join us for an afternoon of deep relaxation in the delightful setting of Cross Hall, deep in the Mendips.
Treat yourself to some time out this summer, come to a beautiful setting deep in the fresh air and birdsong of the Mendips, yet only a short drive from Bristol and Weston-super-Mare. Why not ask about a car share? It's a great way to get to know people better.
The hall is an old school building with a vaulted ceiling and wooden floors. It has a very calm feeling about it. Parking is easy and free along the side of the road and there are several lovely walks in the vicinity, ranging from an easy stroll along the river bank to a full on hike up to Crook peak. Why not combine some fresh air activities with your Yoga session?
We'll welcome you with a refreshing herb tea from about 2.15pm and begin with a slow and gentle flowing yoga sequence to loosen up your limbs. Soon, we'll be using the bolsters for support to deepen into some easeful restorative poses which can help to release deep seated tensions in the body and the mind. We'll close the practice on July 9th with Emma's trance-like Yoga Nidra for total relaxation and on August 27th it will be a Gong Bath with guest performer Ali Gunning. This is a real treat for us to experience the resonating power of the gong, do come along if you can.
As always, places are very limited and early booking is essential. Please click the blue buttons below to pay.
