St Nectan’s Glen is a magical place with a brand new dedicated retreat centre build in harmony with the natural world.     

Two opportunities to join us for this wonderful weekend away to relax in nature, swim in the sea, walk the coast path or just relax by the waterfall. 3 nights full board with Yoga twice a day, it’s £395 in shared rooms with £100 single supplement. The purpose built centre is deep in the woods, it’s about 20 minutes walk from the road unless you have a 4X4 vehicle. Your bags will be delivered for you, but the isolation is part of the appeal! We get private access to the waterfall after everyone has left...

Beautiful secret magical location deep in the Cornish countryside, just outside Tintagel lies the beautiful St Nectan’s glen waterfall, legends of king arthur visiting here and saint nectan and his healing powers. the waters of the falls are said to be healing and the waterfall is now a shrine.

Join Emma and friends from Do Yoga for another deeply relaxing Sunday evening.

Monika returns once more with her gentle wisdom and a chance to experience the healing power of the gongs. I hope you can make it!

Join us, at the new school, St Anne’s in West Wick which has a lovely space for us to Do Yoga, with cosy underfloor heating, a large car park and a separate space for shoes, drinks and chat ..

All welcome including complete beginners

Gentle Yoga, a followed by a healing  sound journey and uplifting Gong Bath from qualified sound therapist Monika Kraji.

 Please bring a blanket and your yoga mat if you have one, although lots of equipment is provided.

If you've never tried a gong bath you are in for a treat. No water required (!), just relax and let the waves of sound wash over you. 

Come early from about 6pm to share herb tea, raw chocolate treats and chat with everyone. 

From 6.30pm we'll do some gentle, classic yoga to relax the body and mind and get in a good place to wind down.

By 7.30pm we'll be snuggled under our blankets ready to receive the healing power of the singing bowls and gongs. We'll close with blessings and divination.

Please bring comfy clothes, a blanket and your yoga mat and eye pillow if you have one.
