Join us in retreat on Dartmoor from Thursday 19th - Sunday 22nd April 2018

A weekend away in good company with Yoga, mindfulness, healthy food and deep relaxation.

Lots of yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, a gong bath and mindful art sessions in a wonderful rural setting. There's a fire pit outside,  and many wonderful walks straight from the centre. At night we can take a look at the dark starry skies and listen for owls. Explore the grounds,  take gentle loops of the wooded valley or you can climb straight up to the moor for a proper hike if you have the right gear.

Bala Brook is a special place set in several acres of land, near South Brent in Devon. It's more like a quirky B&B than a hotel and it's only ever used for yoga and meditation retreats, no-one actually lives there, it's run by a charitable trust. The art studio is a separate building with glass on three sides!

Most rooms are singles, and there's only one double and one twin that is ensuite. (there are also doubles and twins that share bathrooms). There are plenty of bathrooms.

You can come for 2 or 3 nights, arriving Thursday or Friday. It's full board and all activities are included. There will be delicious vegetarian meals and cakes from our chef Polly.

The price varies between £220 - £390 per person according to your accommodation. £100 deposit will secure your place. Please get in touch early to choose your room

Do Yoga for enhanced intuition with training from coach Becky Walsh

Sunday 6th May 6pm -9pm   £15                     Weston Museum, Burlington Street, Weston-super-Mare

Please join Emma and friends from Do Yoga for an exceptional event that will help you understand and enhance your true, intuitive nature. We're at a new venue, the recently refurbished Weston Museum which will be offering fresh herbal tea and other refreshments for us from 6pm on the Sunday of May Bank holiday.

We'll come to our mats from 6.30pm and run through a sequence especially designed to awaken Ajna Chakra the third eye and with it heighten our natural intuition. As we move deeper into the practice our sensitivities increase and we become better able to listen to and honour our inner wisdom.

After a brief, relaxing savasana we'll be joined by renowned author and intuitive coach Becky Walsh who will take us through some exercises and offer some insights that will help to secure a new way of making decisions.

Drawing on neuroscience and psychology to put all of the pieces together, Becky will explain in simple, practical terms how to use your intuition, free yourself from self-doubt and make the switch from thinking to knowing.

Becky Walsh has been turning the world of self-development on its head for years with her down-to-earth and uniquely funny style.

Becky’s TV show ‘Anything goes with Becky Walsh’ aired across the ‘Made TV network’ weekly.

Before this she hosted her own show on LBC radio a late Friday night call-in advice and talk show, she then went onto Hay House Radio online and is now a freelancer for BBC Radio.

Becky does a live theatre show hailed as a cross between personal development talk and a stand-up show, where people laugh their way to personal 'light-bulb' moments.
