We've put together these short videos to help you master a few basic poses so you can participate safely in your class. It's great to have a bit of knowledge before you start. There are also some audio tracks at the bottom, these are designed to be experienced lying down in a quiet space, we call it Yoga Nidra the wakeful sleep.
