Join the Do Yoga group classes in Hatha Yoga at the large airy space, Our Lady of Lourdes in Milton. It’s by the lights at Bay Tree Road, near Milton Road and Bay Tree Recreation ground. There’s plenty of parking here, round the back of the hall.

We’re here Monday 6pm, Wednesday 10am and 7.30pm and Friday at 9.30am. Please book your place in advance as it’s popular!
