Personalised yoga classes are the ideal way to get the most out of your practice.

We offer one-to-one, private and small-group classes at your choice of place and time. Costs are £60 an hour for up to five people or and £70 an hour for six or more participants.

Private yoga sessions can be beneficial if you have a particular focus, with each session customised to your needs. It’s a great way to advance your practice and discuss individual issues which may get overlooked in a general class.

Groups of friends, workmates or families might wish to make an arrangement to Do Yoga with people they know well. We’ll tailor the sessions to each group’s individual needs and can also offer therapeutic yoga work which can alleviate many health issues.

Newly qualified teachers, advanced practitioners or yoga teachers in training may benefit from a one-to-one to advance their practice. Mentoring and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) are also available from Do Yoga’s founder, Emma, who is a Senior Yoga teacher. Contact us to see how one of our highly qualified teachers can help you.

Yoga therapy

Yoga can be used as a therapy for many conditions including asthma, stress and low back pain. Yoga can also help you to build self-esteem, confidence and mental resilience. In association with your medical practitioner, consider an individual Yoga Therapy session, which are suitable for older people, those with limited mobility and people recovering from illness or injury.

Pregnancy and postnatal yoga

The holistic benefits of yoga are well documented during pregnancy. Gentle postnatal exercise can be most beneficial for body and mind. If your midwife or GP agrees, you can do yoga to improve your health and reduce anxiety at this special time. You’ll learn about balance, pelvic floor strengthening, and how breathing and relaxation can assist with the delivery and the stresses of becoming a new parent.

Yoga for kids

Yoga can help all children with body awareness, self confidence and focus. The fun and frolics also include an opportunity for them to try mindfulness and learn to breathe deeply. Introducing peace and relaxation may lower children’s stress and anxiety levels and can lead to improved behaviour! Your teacher is DBS checked to work with children.
